Adult dosage: Mix 30 g powder (approx. 0.8 dl) with 2-3 dl liquid. Drink as needed. The protein is suitable for breakfast, snacks and desserts. You can easily mix it in your smoothie, porridge, or just with water.
Recommended dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. Store in a dry place and out of reach of children.
