Organic Witch Hazel
- Hydrosols are a byproduct of distilling herbs and flowers when producing essential oils.
- Hydrosols are antiseptic.
- They are used, among other things, as gentle facial toners.
- Prepares the skin for cream, has a mild astringent and cooling effect on the skin.
- The fact that hydrosols are gentle does not mean they have a mild scent - they are very fragrant because they are flower/herb waters.
Usage: Witch Hazel water/Hamamelis water is good for: oily skin prone to pimples, impure skin, irritated skin, and problem skin as a facial toner or aftershave. Witch Hazel is both antiseptic and anti-inflammatory. Dab or spray onto the skin before morning cream or after evening cleansing.
