With Imse's organic period underwear, you can feel secure and comfortable during menstruation. The soft organic fabric closest to your body provides a comfortable feeling, and you avoid having plastic next to your skin as with many conventional pads and liners. The absorbent function consists of multiple layers of organic cotton and is sewn into the underwear.

With period underwear as menstrual protection, you can feel completely free as it gives you the option to go without tampons, pads, and liners. The underwear itself absorbs menstrual flow and provides the protection you need.

Imse's period underwear is made from 95% organic cotton and 5% elastane, and the waterproof layer that makes the underwear leakproof is made from PUL (100% polyester laminated with polyurethane). The PUL layer sits inside the underwear and doesn't come into contact with the skin.

This is Imse's best period underwear for those who want protection during the night or for heavy flow during the day. The absorption area is large and extends from the elastic at the front to the elastic at the back. This way, you can be confident it won't leak whether you're sleeping on your back all night or are very active during the day.

The underwear can also be used together with a pad if you want to use it for several nights in a row as extra protection against leakage when lying on your back all night.

The High Waist Heavy Flow period underwear has an absorption capacity of 20 ml. The soft elastic waistband and leg openings make the underwear exceptionally gentle and comfortable for the days when you need it the most.

How often Imse's period underwear needs to be changed is individual and you'll need to find what works for you, but typically they last about 8-16 hours depending on the chosen absorption capacity and flow amount.

Material: The panty itself is made from 95% organic cotton with 5% elastane for durability and elasticity. The gusset's surface layer closest to the vulva is made from 100% organic cotton. The absorbent core consists of multiple layers of brushed organic cotton, along with a leakproof barrier made of laminated polyester (PUL) to ensure the period panty won't leak. Organic cotton is grown completely without chemical fertilizers or pesticides, which is better for both human health and nature. Organic cotton differs from conventional cotton in many aspects, with the difference beginning at the fiber stage. The period panties are certified according to OEKO-TEX standard 100.

Care instructions: Wash the period underwear before first use to improve absorption capacity. After use, rinse the period underwear in cold water and wring it out. Then place the underwear directly in the washing machine or hang dry until machine washing. Wash the underwear at 60 degrees Celsius with your regular laundry. Avoid fabric softener and bleach as they can affect the underwear's functionality. Let the underwear hang dry. Tumble dryers and drying cabinets can be used at low temperature.
