The pad has wings that attach under the panties with two snap buttons that keep the pad securely in place. All pads are reinforced with a thin layer of polyurethane-laminated polyester fabric for added security.
Care Instructions: Wash the pads before first use. After use, either rinse the pads and soak them in cold salt water, or let them dry as they are. You can advantageously use our lemon-scented washing soap (natural stain removal) before washing. Then machine wash at 60 degrees with your regular detergent. Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry. Do not use fabric softener, as it destroys the absorption capacity and is not good for the intimate area. Instead, you can add a little vinegar to the rinse water. Let the pads air dry - they will last longer this way - or use a tumble dryer or drying cabinet at low temperature.
