Care Instructions: Hand wash the sport cap with hot water and dish soap before first use. The cap can also be washed in the dishwasher if desired. To thoroughly clean the sport cap, pull the black silicone drinking spout straight out. You need to pull firmly for it to detach. Wash the silicone spout and the inside of the cap. Reattach the silicone spout by pressing it back in place. Make sure the "wings" are properly aligned in the hole.
