A wonderfully soft, cozy and warm wool blanket from Klippan Wool Factory. The wool blanket is made from organic wool without chlorine bleaching and with dyes free from heavy metals. Klippan's wool blanket Knut Baby is a classic, slightly thinner blanket made from 100% lamb's wool. The blanket is equally beautiful on both the front and the mirrored back side. The organic lamb's wool is completely free from pesticides, and no chemicals or antibiotics have been used in the raising of the lambs.

This blanket measures 65 x 90 cm and is best suited for babies or small children. The blanket works beautifully in the stroller, in bed, or on the floor. It's perfect for most occasions where you need a beautiful and warming wool blanket. Wool has excellent properties. For example, wool blankets/throws don't need to be washed as often due to their self-cleaning properties. The wool itself is also dirt-repellent, and dirt stays on the surface due to the natural fats contained in the wool.

Care: It's easy to freshen up wool blankets; hang your wool blanket outdoors when it's slightly humid, and it will clean itself naturally. If you still want to wash the blanket, we ask you to follow the washing instructions for each blanket/throw.

Washing instructions: Machine wash at 30 degrees, wool program only. Wash separately. Iron at medium temperature. Do not tumble dry. Do not use bleach.

All wool tends to pill over time. The finer the wool, the more delicate it is. Pilling occurs from friction. This means you should avoid putting too much stress on the blankets; for example, they are not suitable as seat cushions or for covering sofas. To keep the blankets soft and fluffy, you brush them up. A blanket can be brushed several times using, for example, velcro or a steel comb. Hold the velcro vertically and grip both ends with your thumb and index finger. The bend of the velcro hooks should be in the same direction as you intend to brush. If you're holding it correctly, it should be easy to brush, not jerky and heavy. Brush the blanket from the inside out with long, even, sweeping strokes. Remember not to brush too hard as it's easy to get stuck and pull out too much of the wool fibers. Go through the blanket piece by

index finger. The bend of the velcro hooks should be in the same direction you intend to brush. If you're holding it correctly, it should be easy to brush, not jerky and heavy. Brush the blanket from the inside out with long, even, sweeping motions. Be careful not to brush too hard as it's easy to get caught and pull out too many wool fibers. Go through the blanket piece by piece until it's fluffy and even on the surface. Finally, it's recommended to hang it outside and shake the blanket.
