Black Konjac Sponge/Konjac Sponge from Japan
The Konjac Sponge is a cleansing sponge made from 100% natural, vegetable-based konjac (Konnyaku) root fibers. The sponge is completely natural without additives, soft, gentle, and has a natural, mildly alkaline pH that cleanses deeply. Use it to clean your face morning and evening. Can also be used on the body.
Who is it for? This sponge contains added bamboo charcoal and is especially suitable for problem skin, oily skin, and teenage skin.
Since the sponge is vacuum-packed initially, it may feel very small and hard. This is easily resolved by soaking the sponge in lukewarm water, which quickly helps it return to its original shape. Once the sponge is fully saturated, you can use it on your skin.
How to use:
Soak the sponge in water and squeeze out excess water.
Gently massage over the face in circular motions either with the natural sponge alone or add a small amount of any natural cleansing product to the sponge.
Rinse the sponge after use and gently squeeze out the water with both hands.
Let air dry.
For best results, replace the sponge every two to three months. You can compost the sponge when replacing it.
You can sterilize your sponge by boiling it for approximately 2 minutes every other week.
After cleansing with the sponge, you can use toner and then a face cream for moisturizing.
