Konjac Sponge/Black Konjac Sponge from Japan
Konjac Sponge is a cleansing sponge made from 100% natural, vegetable-based konjac (Konnyaku) root. The sponge is completely natural without additives, soft, gentle, and has a natural, mildly alkaline pH that cleanses deeply. Use it to cleanse your face morning and evening. Can also be used for the body.
Who is it for? This sponge contains added green clay and green tea - especially suitable for normal to oily skin and acne-prone skin.
Since the sponge is initially vacuum-packed, it may feel very small and hard. This is easily resolved by soaking the sponge in lukewarm water, which quickly returns it to its original form.
When the sponge is completely saturated, you can use it on your skin.
How to use:
Soak the sponge in water and squeeze out excess water.
Gently massage over the face in circular motions either with the plain sponge or add a small amount of any natural cleansing product to the sponge.
Rinse the sponge after use and gently squeeze out the water with both hands.
Let it air dry.
For best results, replace the sponge every two to three months. You can compost the sponge when replacing it.
You can sterilize your sponge by boiling it for approximately 2 minutes every other week.
After cleansing with the sponge, you can use a toner followed by a moisturizer for hydration.
