Loelle's Prickly Pear Serum is an organic and exclusive face serum de luxe that can be used on the face, under the eyes, and on cuticles.

What is it? Prickly pear seed oil comes from the prickly pear cactus, a 3-6 meter tall plant that produces spiny fruits known for their exotic sweetness. The species grows wild in Morocco but can also be found in places like Mexico. Inside this delicious fruit are small hard seeds, and it takes about a ton of these to produce one liter of cold-pressed oil. But the seeds aren't just rare, they're also incredibly nutritious, which explains why the oil is so sought after despite its price and time-consuming production process. The oil is cold-pressed, thereby preserving all its nutritious compounds.

What does it do? Prickly Pear serum contains a high proportion of vitamin E, linoleic acid, polyphenols, and essential fatty acids that help your skin maintain its elasticity and vitality despite the stress of harsh external conditions.

Vitamin E stops the activity of free radicals which prevents premature aging of the skin. Our own skin cells are also said to work in parallel with this vitamin for repair purposes. Linoleic acid is anti-inflammatory which helps with acne problems, it also contributes moisture and balances oil production. Fig oil counteracts fine lines and helps the skin reduce dark circles under the eyes, in addition to this it also helps to reduce pore size.
