Women's Multivitamin contains vitamins A, D, E and 8 B-vitamins along with traditionally used herbs such as Yam Root, Goji Berries and Maca to support women's health. It also contains 100 mg of Omega 3 (DHA) per daily serving.
The product has a vanilla and peach flavor. All Mary Ruth's products are vegan-friendly, gluten-free and without unnecessary additives.
Adult dosage: 1 tablespoon (15 ml) once daily. Shake well before each use. Can be taken directly or added to beverages or as a food topping.
