Mary Ruth's D3 + K2 is a dietary supplement in spray form containing vegan-friendly vitamin D and vitamin K in the form of K2 MK7.

These two vitamins work together and have, according to studies, proven to be important for bone health among other things. Children (ages 3-13 years): Up to 6 sprays per day.
