Adult dosage: 30 drops per day.
Dosage for children and young adults:
Young adults from 14 years: 30 drops per day.
Children (ages 6-13 years): 15 drops per day.
Shake well before each use. Add to water and take immediately. Can also be added to your favorite smoothie or mixed with MaryRuth's Multivitamin or Multimineral.
Do not exceed recommended dosage. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry place and keep out of reach of children.
