Dosage for children: Shake well before each use. Preferably taken in the evening with or without food. Age 1-3 years: 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) daily. Age 4-13 years: 1 tablespoon (15 ml) daily.
Recommended dose should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. Store in a dry place and out of reach of children.
