Liquid Morning Multivitamin Essentials+ contains all essentials, plus an antioxidant fruit blend and K2 (Mk-7). All MaryRuth's products are vegan-friendly, gluten-free, sugar-free, and without unnecessary additives. The natural flavors are manufactured under strict control without harmful substances such as aspartame, GMOs, or glycol that might otherwise be included.
Adult Dosage: 2 tablespoons per day. We recommend starting with ½ dose to see how your body responds. You may find that you can manage with a smaller dose as the formula is potent. It can be taken on an empty stomach, with food, or with any liquid such as water or juice.
Contraindications: When using warfarin (blood thinners), you should consult with your doctor and ensure adequate regular monitoring of warfarin's effects when starting vitamin K2.
Dosage for children & young adults:
Young adults (ages 11-17): 1 tablespoon daily.
Children (4-10 years): 1/2 tablespoon daily.
Children (2-3 years): 1/2 teaspoon daily.
Do not exceed recommended dosage. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry place and keep out of reach of children.
