Magnesium biotinate is magnesium bound to biotin. Biotin helps maintain normal hair, skin, and nails. The product also contains antioxidants, trace minerals, and amino acids.
It has a mango and peach flavor. All Mary Ruth's products are vegan-friendly, gluten-free, and without unnecessary additives. The natural flavors are manufactured under strict control without harmful substances such as aspartame, GMOs, or glycol that might otherwise be included.
Adult dosage: 2 tablespoons daily. We recommend starting with ½ dose to see how your body responds. You may find that you can manage with a smaller dose as the formula is potent. It can be taken on an empty stomach, with food, or with any liquid such as water or juice.
