Calcium enables muscles to contract while magnesium allows them to relax.
The powder is in a mild acid base in the form of ascorbic acid (Vitamin C). This is to ensure the minerals are ionized. The powder has a fresh lemon taste.
Adult dosage: 1 tablespoon (7 grams) per day. This provides 71 doses.
Recommended dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry place and keep out of reach of children.
Instructions for use:
- Pour 1 tablespoon of KalMag into a mug.
- Fill halfway with boiling water while stirring until it becomes a clear liquid. Add more boiling water if needed.
- Let it cool down or fill the rest with cold water, or juice. You can also add a tea bag with e.g. chamomile tea in the evening.
