Propolis consists of more than 80 natural substances that together create a completely unique product. The composition includes vitamin E, vitamin A and B vitamins, all minerals, and almost all amino acids. Usage for adults and children from 36 months: Blow your nose, spray once in each nostril, wait a moment and blow your nose again. Wash the bottle top with warm water after use. No alcohol so it can be used by children from 36 months.
