How do I use the salt?
You can use it in regular cooking.
You can use it in your nasal rinse pot.
You can use it as bath salt, it is highly cleansing, stimulating, and has a relaxing effect on the entire organism. Dissolve 300-500 g of salt in the water and bathe for 20 minutes, allowing your body to air dry.
You can use it as a body scrub. Mix 1 part organic body oil and two parts salt with approximately 20 drops of essential oil (if you want fragrance). Store in an airtight glass jar. You can then keep it by the bath and enjoy it whenever you want. Salt and honey also makes a fantastic variation. Simply drizzle honey over salt in a small bowl. Apply to the body, wait a moment, and rinse.
You can use it in your foot bath. Mix 1 dl salt with 15 drops of essential oil. Stir and add everything to the water.
