A Neti pot or nasal pot is traditionally recommended for nasal congestion, colds, allergies, sinusitis, asthma, etc. - and for increased mental clarity.
- Measuring spoon for salt + measuring line for water. Lukewarm water up to the measuring line (0.5 liters) + One measuring spoon of salt (4.5 g) = Physiological saline solution with the correct salt concentration (0.9%).
- Mix the water directly in the pot. Correct salt concentration every time!
