Nordbo's L-Glutamine Synergy is a synergistic complex that combines L-glutamine, magnesium bisglycinate, Le Guerandais sea salt, vitamin B6 and the patented plant extract Astragin®.
- L-Glutamine is the most common amino acid in the body and is naturally found in muscle tissue and blood.
- Magnesium bisglycinate, where magnesium is bound to glycine, has high bioavailability and is gentle on the stomach. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, electrolyte balance, psychological function and reduces fatigue and exhaustion.
- Le Guerandais® sea salt from Brittany is an unrefined sea salt containing natural minerals and trace elements.
- Vitamin B6 supports energy metabolism, hormone regulation and reduces fatigue and exhaustion.
- Astragin® is a patented extract of astragalus and notoginseng, developed to be combined with amino acids.
Adult dosage: 1-2 capsules per day. Preferably taken between meals. For sensitive stomachs, take capsules with meals. After exercise, preferably take after the workout.
Recommended dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. Store in a dry place and out of reach of children.
