Cashew sauce:
2 dl cashew nuts (soaked)
2 dl water
2 cloves of garlic
1 small chili pepper (deseeded)
1 red bell pepper (deseeded) - for intense flavor, you can roast it in the oven first and peel it
fresh thyme and/or oregano
a splash of lemon juice (optional)
Alternatively:
-a piece of peeled, fresh ginger
-chopped lemongrass or dried
-chopped cilantro to taste
Blend everything in a powerful blender.
