The name of this seaweed comes from its thin, elongated shape. Sea spaghetti is rich in fiber and iron. It can be eaten both raw or cooked, and its texture and taste make it one of the most popular Atlantic sea vegetables and perhaps one with the most distinct personality.
Usage: Should be thoroughly rinsed in fresh water before use. Cut into pieces, soak for 30 minutes and add to salad/vegetables. Boil or steam with other vegetables for 20-30 minutes and add to rice, stews, on pizza or pie.
