Usage: Should be thoroughly rinsed in fresh water before use. The wakame can be beneficially soaked before use, anywhere from 10 minutes to overnight. It can be used in salads, soups, and as wraps. Try grinding it in a coffee grinder to create an exciting herb salt.
The taste is sweet and mild.
