PLOG Blueberries is a nutritious powder made from Swedish blueberries that have grown wild in the Lapland forests. Thanks to the long and bright summer days in northern Sweden, the berries become extra rich in nutrients. Blueberries naturally contain vitamin C, fiber and the antioxidant anthocyanin.
The powder is made from whole berries, skin, pulp and seeds, which are gently dried at temperatures below 42 °C to preserve the berries' natural nutrients. The blueberries are completely untreated and the bag contains nothing but 100% Swedish blueberries. The content corresponds to 4000 whole blueberries.
Usage: Sprinkle over yogurt or on porridge, use in smoothies, juices or in homemade chocolate and ice cream. Use 1–3 teaspoons daily or to taste. One teaspoon of powder is equivalent to about 70 blueberries.
