PLOG Lingon is a nutritious powder made from Swedish lingonberries that grow wild in the forests of Lapland. Thanks to the long, light summer days in northern Sweden, the berries are particularly rich in nutrients. Lingonberries naturally contain vitamin C, tannins, and the antioxidant resveratrol.
The powder is made from whole berries, skin, pulp, and seeds, which are gently dried at temperatures below 42°C to preserve the berries' natural nutrients. The lingonberries are completely untreated, and the bag contains nothing but 100% Swedish lingonberries. The contents equal about 4000 lingonberries.
Usage: Sprinkle over yogurt or porridge, use in smoothies, juices, or in homemade chocolate and ice cream. Use 1-3 teaspoons daily or to taste. One teaspoon of powder equals 70 lingonberries.
