What is Probioform?
Probioform is a liquid lactic acid drink with a naturally broad spectrum of lactic acid bacteria (good gut bacteria). It can be used by the whole family and is easy to dose. It comes in a bag-in-box package, which ensures long shelf life and isn't affected when the package has been opened.
How is it used?
Probioform can be recommended for most children and adults, preferably taken with meals diluted in a glass of water. Probioform also works well for making your own yogurt or fermented vegetables. It can also be given to pets and plants.
Adult dosage: 1-2 tablespoons 2 times per day, start carefully and gradually increase.
Children's dosage (up to 12 years): 0.5 to 1 tablespoon 2 times per day.
As a water enhancer/water purification: approx. 1 tablespoon per liter of water, let stand for 25-30 hours.
Please read: Start cautiously, may have a laxative effect in the beginning. Best diluted in a large glass of lukewarm water. Side effects or reactions: when using lactic acid bacteria, it may initially cause gas and stomach discomfort or have a laxative effect. If this occurs, reduce the dose and take it with meals.
Recommended dosage should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. People using prescription medications should consult their doctor before use.
Watering soil and plants (outdoor and indoor):
10 ml per liter of water. Water weekly. Can also be sprayed directly on leaves, fruits, berries, and vegetables.
Cleaning (indoor and outdoor):
10-50 ml per 1/2 liter of water. Spray on. Let it work for a while. Any dirt can then be washed or rinsed away.

Storage: Probioform can be stored at room temperature for up to 1 year. Storage in a pantry extends shelf life. The date is printed on the box and applies whether the box is opened or not. Probioform should be stored in a dark place, frost-free and below 38 degrees. Keep out of reach of children.
Note: Probioform should always be stored in a dark place and as airtight as possible, meaning it works excellently in the box it comes in. This is one of the factors contributing to its long shelf life. If you want to transfer it to a smaller container for e.g. traveling, we recommend pouring it into a dark bottle.
