Pura’s stainless steel straw bottle is 100% plastic-free and completely free from BPA, phthalates, and lead. The bottle is compatible with most nipples and can easily be converted into a baby bottle, sippy cup, or sports bottle by purchasing a nipple or another lid. The water bottle features a smart silicone sleeve that provides a good grip for small hands while also helping to protect the bottle from impacts.

The bottle is lightweight and comfortable to hold. It is intended for cold drinks and has a measurement scale on the inside.

The new and improved "Kiddo Straw" offers many benefits:

• No spills—liquid only flows when the child sucks on the straw. If the bottle tips over, no liquid will leak out.
• The straw has no valve, the sturdy tip lasts longer, and replacements are needed less frequently.

The straw is made of 100% medical-grade silicone and consists of two parts: the mouthpiece for drinking and the straw that extends into the bottle. With a straw inside, the child can drink while sitting upright, without tilting the bottle. The straw can also be removed so that only the mouthpiece is used, but in that case, the bottle needs to be tilted to drink.

Care Instructions: Wash the bottle and straw before first use. The bottle and straw can be washed by hand or in the dishwasher (top rack). The silicone sleeve can be washed by hand or on the top rack of the dishwasher. The bottle is best cleaned with a regular bottle brush, and its rounded interior edges make cleaning easier. All parts of the bottle are dishwasher safe. Do not microwave! The bottle can be sterilized by placing it in boiling water for about 5-10 minutes. The silicone sleeve is easy to remove by wetting it and adding a little dish soap—it will slide off effortlessly. Reattach the silicone sleeve the same way, using a little dish soap and water, then rinse the bottle afterward.

All Pura silicone mouthpieces (nipples, spouts, and straws) should be inspected before each use. Pull the tip, including the built-in silicone valve, in all directions. If any part is broken, loose, worn, or otherwise damaged, the mouthpiece should be discarded and replaced. Pura’s nipples, spouts, and straws are not designed for chewing. A child who bites may weaken, tear, or detach the silicone, including the built-in silicone valve from the drinking spout or straw. For the child’s safety, remove the product after they have finished eating or drinking. Do not leave nipples, spouts, or straws in direct sunlight or heat. Do not sterilize parts longer than recommended, as this may weaken them. Pura’s nipples, spouts, and straws are designed for Pura bottles—using them on other bottles may lead to faster wear and tear.

Material: The bottle is made of 18/8 (#304) food-grade stainless steel (no liner or internal coating needed) and does not absorb or release flavors. It is resistant to bacteria, as they have difficulty adhering to stainless steel surfaces. It is 100% recyclable, reusable, environmentally friendly, food-safe, corrosion-resistant, and designed to last a lifetime. The metal collar is made of stainless steel, and the straw is made of food-grade medical silicone. The silicone sleeve is also made of medical-grade silicone.
