In Quicksilver Scientific's GABA (Gamma-aminobutyric acid) with L-theanine, phospholipid encapsulation is used to maximize absorption.

GABA is a neurotransmitter produced by the body. GABA is one of the most common "inhibitory" neurotransmitters. Inhibitory neurotransmitters help to reduce and calm activity levels.

Theanine is an amino acid extracted from green tea.
