Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar is an organic and raw apple cider vinegar. It is processed and bottled entirely according to USDA guidelines, is organically certified in the USA and kosher certified. This apple cider vinegar is considered one of the best in the world.

The vinegar is neither heated nor pasteurized, which preserves the healthy enzymes. As it is unfiltered, a natural sediment forms at the bottom of the bottle called "the mother" (The Mother).

These are string-like protein molecules, enzymes and minerals that regular apple cider vinegar doesn't have because it undergoes processing. It's "the mother" that constitutes the healthy part of apple cider vinegar.

Use for dressings, dips, marinades, drinking with water, bath water or hair rinse.

Tip: vinegar hair rinse: 1 part vinegar and 5-6 parts water usually works well. You can mix it in a small bottle or bowl: the most important thing is that you find it easy to handle when rinsing your hair. After shampooing, apply the vinegar mixture, let it sit for a while, then rinse.

Apple cider vinegar helps with scalp itchiness and makes your hair soft and shiny. While it might not smell pleasant, the scent disappears when your hair dries. If you don't like the smell, you can add a few drops of essential oil.
