RÅ organic aronia juice contains 100% organic aronia berries. The aronia juice is an excellent alcohol-free alternative to red wine as it has a dry and full-bodied taste with a good balance between sweet and sour. The juice is unsweetened and contains no preservatives but is instead pasteurized to extend its shelf life. RÅ uses a process called "flash-pasteurization." They heat the juice to 90 degrees for 25 seconds before cooling it down again.
