RÅ Organic Ginger contains 32% ginger and can be consumed either straight or diluted with cold or hot water. The juice has an exciting and delicious ginger flavor with an extra kick from chili. To achieve a perfect taste balance, it also contains juice from lemon and apple.
The juice is unsweetened and contains no preservatives, but is instead pasteurized which extends its shelf life. RÅ uses a process called "flash pasteurization." They heat the juice to 90 degrees for 25 seconds before cooling it down again.
The bag-in-box packaging is airtight and provides extended shelf life, which is beneficial for both the environment and your wallet.
