Garden of Life uses a raw, fermented Japanese polygonum cuspidatum (root) to ensure that the active components are bioavailable and that the product works well for the digestive system**.**

Why Resveratrol?

You can increase your resveratrol consumption through large amounts of red wine, but as everyone knows, this isn't the best option due to the toxic effects of alcohol. Other ways include consuming raspberries, mulberries, raw cacao, and dark chocolate, but it can be difficult to get a therapeutic dose from these foods, especially since the latter are best consumed in moderation. Therefore, a better alternative might be

Adult Dosage: 1 capsule daily for adults. Can be taken with or without food.

Contraindications:
