Type I collagen is a natural protein found in the body and forms a large part of its structural composition. Collagen is found in connective tissue, skin, bones, tendons, joints, ligaments, cartilage, muscle tissue, as well as in hair and nails. With increasing age, the body's own production of collagen decreases. External factors such as free radicals and excessive sun exposure can also accelerate the breakdown. Maricol™ Collagen Hyaluron is therefore developed to support the natural functions of the skin, joints, and cartilage, and to help maintain the body's structure and mobility over time.
Adult dosage: Use 5 grams (about one tablespoon) of powder per day. Mix with any amount of water or beverage, preferably 1 deciliter. Shake in a shaker or whisk with a spoon.
As a refreshing drink: Measure 7.5 dl water (= 3 daily doses) in a pitcher or bottle. Add 3 measures of Collagen Pure Premium. Add 1 tbsp of e.g., Blueberry or Raspberry drink and a few slices of lemon and/or a piece of ginger. Store in refrigerator. Take out and drink 2.5 dl of the beverage per day. In coffee: Pour 5 grams of Collagen Pure into the coffee and stir. You don't need to worry about the heat destroying the collagen as the collagen peptides are destroyed only above their burning point.
Recommended dose: should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. Consult with a nutritional therapist or doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
