Multi Collagen All-in-one contains five different collagen types primarily found in cartilage, joints, tendons, skin, and muscles, but also in connective tissue, bones, blood vessels, hair, nails, and other organs. Of these five, type II collagen is the dominant one and plays a particularly important role in the structure and function of cartilage and joints.
With increasing age, the body's natural collagen production decreases. Factors such as heavy physical strain, smoking, and nutritional deficiencies can also contribute to reduced collagen stores. Multi Collagen All-in-one is therefore developed to support the body's joints, cartilage, and skin and help maintain their normal function over time.

Multi Collagen is manufactured in the EU according to good food standards and has the highest quality of collagen that science can produce from easily absorbed hydrolyzed collagen in peptide form. Adult dosage: Use 5 grams (approximately one tablespoon) of powder per day. Mix with any amount of water or beverage, preferably 1 deciliter. Shake in a shaker or whisk with a spoon. Multi Collagen is tasteless and odorless, making it well-suited to combine with other products in a smoothie or shot.
As a cooling drink: Measure 7.5 dl of water (= 3 daily doses) in a jug or bottle. Add 3 measures of Collagen Pure Premium. Add 1 tablespoon of, for example, Blueberry or Raspberry drink and a few slices of lemon and/or a piece of ginger. Store in the refrigerator. Take out and drink 2.5 dl of the beverage per day. In coffee: Pour 5 grams of Collagen Pure into the coffee and stir. You don't need to worry about the heat destroying the collagen as the collagen peptides are only destroyed above their burning point.
