Usage: Soak the whisk in hot water before use to soften the bamboo strands. Then whisk quickly in a W-pattern until a light green foam forms. Avoid pressing too hard against the bottom, as it wears out the whisk. Always rinse the whisk in hot water and shake off excess water after use. Never use dish soap and do not wash it in the dishwasher.
