Organic Coconut Aminos
Renée Voltaire's organic Coconut Aminos is made from coconut blossom nectar that has been fermented and mixed with sea salt. It contains fourteen natural amino acids and has a low GI (glycemic index). The sap is pressed raw, fermented, and gently seasoned with only sea salt to achieve the right taste and consistency.
Usage: With its sweet and salty flavor, it's fantastic in sauces, dressings, and marinades. Also suitable for roasted or stir-fried vegetables, noodles, and salads. It doesn't taste like coconut.
