Low levels of one or more B vitamins can easily occur in our modern world, e.g., during periods of stress. Terranova's B-complex contains all B vitamins in balance with each other plus pH-neutral vitamin C that is gentle on the stomach. Magnifood complex* enhances the effect and synergy while providing important adaptogens.

Adult Dosage: 1-2 capsules with food once daily.

What is Magnifood complex?*

All Terranova supplements are plant-based and contain no additives, synthetic fillers,

sweeteners or binding agents. Instead, plants, herbs, and berries are used as fillers.

Magnifood is a synergy complex consisting of fresh, freeze-dried and organically grown plants. In this way, the biochemical structure of the dried plant is preserved and practically resembles the original fresh plant, but in a more concentrated form. The blend is uniquely developed for each product as an additive (40-60% of capsule volume) to create a substantial "magnification" of the effect on the other nutrients in the product. Magnifood thus serves as a synergist, providing better absorption, bioavailability, and effectiveness of the product's nutrients. It also provides a wide range of phytonutrients.

Their PhytoFRESH system ensures that most herbs and plants are freeze-dried, which preserves their bioactivity. Phytofresh is a method where immediately after harvest, the fresh plant, fruit, or herb is frozen at a very low temperature. The material is then freeze-dried using a unique

About the contents:

Stabilized Rice Bran (SRB) – Rice bran is an important source of exposure for B vitamins, various active vitamin B metabolites, and other nutrients that support the function and/or bioavailability of B vitamins.

Rhodiola (root) – known in Sweden as Rosenrot - is primarily used here for its content of metabolic enzymes for the various B vitamins. However, the herb itself is a powerful adaptogen.

Siberian ginseng – known in Sweden as Russian Root - has been used for 2000 years to increase physical and mental capacity and provide improved quality of life.

Avena sativa (oats, green) – oats are a rich source of B vitamins, which therefore naturally contain enzymes.

Alfalfa (flower & leaf) – One of nature's most nutritious plants, alfalfa contains B vitamins.

Parsley (leaves) – parsley is a source of B vitamins (especially folate) and contains various nutrients that improve the function and activity of certain B vitamins. Parsley is also a source of potassium, magnesium, calcium, vitamin C and iron.

Dandelion leaves – dandelion leaves are another plant source of B vitamins. Dandelion also contains potassium, iron, calcium and magnesium.

Beetroot juice – beetroot contains various B vitamins with their enzyme metabolites and is particularly rich in folate. It also contains other supporting nutrients such as potassium, iron and zinc.

Pumpkin seeds – Pumpkin seeds are one of the richest natural sources of zinc. They also have a high content of other supporting nutrients, such as magnesium and iron.
