Terranova's Lactic Acid Bacteria is a dietary supplement containing five different well-known and proven strains of lactic acid bacteria and FOS. Each capsule contains 3.5 billion beneficial lactic acid bacteria.

Added FOS (prebiotics) serves as food for the beneficial bacteria in the intestines. The Magnifood complex* promotes the effect and synergy. The product is vegan-friendly and contains no milk.

Adult dosage: 1 capsule with food once daily. It is perfectly fine to open the capsule and pour the contents into, for example, a smoothie.

Recommended dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry place and keep out of reach of children.

What is Magnifood Complex*?

All Terranova's supplements are plant-based and contain no additives, synthetic fillers, sweeteners, or binders. Instead, plants, herbs, and berries are used as fillers.

Magnifood is a synergy complex consisting of fresh, freeze-dried, and organically grown plants. This way, the biochemical structure of the dried plant is preserved and practically resembles the original fresh plant, but in a more concentrated form.

Burdock - the root contains a remarkably high proportion of fructooligosaccharides (FOS), making it very useful for improving the beneficial gut bacterial flora.

Beetroot - beetroots are a good source of prebiotic oligosaccharides and inulin.
