How does the panel work?

You set the temperature and time of the heating pad yourself using the control. There are nine different heat settings from 38 degrees to 57 degrees on the left side of the control. You select the temperature using the arrows. You also select the time using the arrows on the right. You can increase or decrease the time using the arrows on the control. The most common time to use is about 60 minutes. When the time has elapsed, the red light turns off. If you want to continue the session, press the pad again to turn it on.

Important

• Start with a lower heat setting and gradually increase it to achieve comfort.
• Limit the first few sessions to 30–60 minutes.
• Make sure you are well hydrated before and after use, and always drink water after a session with the heating pad!

Turn on and adjust the settings

• Double-click the power button on the LED control.
• Use the temperature buttons (+ / –) to set the desired heat level.
• The control is programmed with 9 levels. Max is 57 degrees, Min is 38 degrees, Standard is 44 degrees.
• Use the timer buttons (+ / –) to select the desired session time.
• Shorter sessions: 30–90 min.
• Longer sessions: 2–6 hours.
• Default: 60 min. Before use:
• Place the pad on a flat surface or wrap it around the area to be treated.
• Always place a thin towel between the pad and the skin.

After use

• Turn off and unplug before cleaning or storing.
• Wipe with a dry cloth to ensure that no moisture enters the control unit or power connection ports. Never use water or cleaning agents.
• Allow to cool completely before folding or placing in the case.
