By adding the TheraO3 Ozone Module to your infrared sauna, you increase the absorption of ozone which increases the oxygen levels in your blood. Improved blood oxygen can give you more physical energy and improve your ability to fall asleep faster and provide more restful sleep.
Usage:
When you click once on the O3 button on the machine, it shows how much battery is remaining. 4 small blue dots indicate a full battery.
When you hold down the O3 button, it turns green and starts a 30-minute ozone therapy session before automatically shutting off. You will immediately notice the special scent of ozone.
If you click the button again, it turns yellow, which means the ozone program will run for 60 minutes before automatically shutting off.
When you click the ION button, it turns blue and starts a 90-minute session with negative ions. Ions have no smell. This is ideal for relaxation or sleep.
