B-Complex #12 from Thorne Research is a high-quality B-vitamin complex made from pure raw materials and easily absorbable B-vitamins. The B-complex contains B12 in the form of 600 mcg methylcobalamin as well as 200 mcg folic acid and 200 mcg 5-MTHF. B Complex is yeast-free.
