Thorne's Calcium is a concentrated calcium supplement. When two calcium molecules are bound to one molecule of malic acid (malate), you get a concentrated form of calcium that is easily absorbed by the cells.
Calcium contributes to:
- normal blood coagulation.
- normal muscle function.
- normal energy metabolism.
- normal neurotransmission.
- normal function of digestive enzymes.
- reducing bone loss in post-menopausal women. This effect is achieved with a consumption of at least 1200 mg calcium from all sources per day for women over 50 years of age.
Adult dosage: 1 capsule 2 times daily with meals. Preferably combine with vitamin D3 and vitamin K.
Do not exceed recommended dosage. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry place and keep out of reach of children.
