An important effect of vitamin B3 is its contribution to normal energy metabolism and reducing fatigue and exhaustion. Energy production occurs in the cells' mitochondria with the help of an endogenous co-enzyme called NAD+. The production of NAD+ decreases with age and stressful lifestyle, which in turn leads to several symptoms associated with aging. NAD+ can be stimulated with vitamin B3, especially in the form of NR.
It also contains betaine as a methyl donor to support the methylation process in cells, which increases the effect of NR.
Adult dosage: 1 capsule 1-2 times per day. Take with food. Not for pregnant or nursing women.
