Here's how it works:
Rinse your mouth for a couple of minutes with one to two teaspoons of coconut oil. Let the oil swish around between your teeth for 2-15 minutes, as long as you can manage. Do not swallow the oil as it now contains toxins and bacteria; spit it out and rinse your mouth with water.
Remove the coating on your tongue using a stainless steel tongue scraper.
Clean your teeth with natural toothpaste of your choice.
Usage: Scrape before or after brushing your teeth every morning and evening, or whenever you feel like it.
