Coconut butter has a naturally sweeter taste than coconut oil, despite not containing any added sugar.
Since the product is completely natural, the fats may sometimes separate. This is a natural process. If this occurs, the jar can be gently heated in warm water and then placed in the refrigerator to regain its consistency.
