Adapto B-Complex is a dietary supplement containing all essential B vitamins. B-12 comes in the forms of methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin. It also contains organic Rhodiola.

Adult dosage: 1 capsule 1-2 times daily.
Do not exceed recommended dosage. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry place and keep out of reach of children.
Not for children, pregnant or nursing women. Contraindications: Rhodiola (Roseroot) should not be taken by individuals with bipolar disorder.
