Liquid Vitamin D Vegan
Vitamin D is the only known nutrient that we can obtain both from sunlight and through diet. In Sweden, the sun is only strong enough for us during midday in summer. During the winter months, we cannot produce any vitamin D at all, which is why we may need additional supplements.
