Spirulina is a freshwater-growing microalgae. It's called blue-green algae, thanks to the presence of chlorophyll and phycocyanin. Chlorophyll is what makes plants green and is known to help with tissue growth and repair, to have antioxidant properties, and to optimize the body's absorption of many vitamins and minerals.

Spirulina provides a broad spectrum of nutrients with many benefits and is highly bioavailable.
