• A crucial B-vitamin naturally found in green leafy vegetables is folate. Folate is a natural source of B9, while folic acid, which most people are familiar with, is synthetically produced. Prenatal contains 800 µg folate that contributes to tissue growth in pregnant women, normal blood formation, normal immune system function, and helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion.

• Most women experience fatigue during pregnancy. B-vitamins intake contributes to normal energy metabolism and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.
