How to sprout?
Wheatgrass sprouting seeds can be used in two different ways: after 2-3 days as "wheat sprouts" or after approximately 7-10 days as "wheatgrass". Keep in mind that wheat sprouts contain gluten while wheatgrass does not. We always recommend growing wheatgrass for wheatgrass juice.
Fresh wheatgrass juice is among the most potent vitamin bombs you can drink.
Soak the seeds in water overnight.
The next morning, place them either in a sprouting tower if you want wheat sprouts, or in soil on a growing tray if you want wheatgrass.
Spray the seeds with water 2-3 times per day until the grass is fully grown.
Use a spray bottle.
The wheatgrass is ready when it's about 20 cm tall, which takes approximately 7-10 days.
Harvest the grass with a sharp knife.
Store unused grass in the refrigerator in a bag or glass container.
To make your own wheatgrass juice, you need a juicer.
Seed storage: dry, cool, and dark.
